Spotless and updated rooms with air con, kitchen, dryer, such great stay! All in all marvellous setting close enough to alleys and parking lots, and South Beach by multiple different means of transportation.

The room was huge and updated in general, with kitchen. The room had a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The location was favourable hard to argue about the value for money at Seaside, extremely close to North Beach Bandshell.

Strongly recommend staying to anyone. This hip new hotel offers variety of good sized and nicely furnished rooms. Its location is magnificent close to many stores, North Beach, and alleys and parking lots. There is Abraham's Kosher Bakery nearby for a cup of coffee. The property has very amiable and attentive staff.

Booked a room with nice view. The hotel was in an excellent location adjacent to Miami for work over the weekend and the beach, restaurants and on collins. I often went to Burgers & Shakes to pick up some food.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was wonderful. In general the staff were fantastic and kind. The venue was in a marvellous location, to get address to taxi.

Spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchenettes and convenient store nearby. Just a short walk to the beach with great facilities. Free trolley stops right outside. Exceptional value for money at Seaside. One small drawback is that the area can be a bit rough, but the ongoing seafront reform makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
